Halifax, Nova Scotia is a modern port city teeming with culture and heritage. This 10-day tour coincides with The Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo, where a cast of thousands presents a symphony of music and colour.

Day 1 - Drummondville, QC: Journey eastward through Ontario to the province of Quebec where you’ll stay for the night.

Day 2 - Woodstock, NB: Continue through Quebec to New Brunswick, and enjoy an overnight stay in Woodstock.

Day 3 - Halifax, NS: End your eastward journey in Halifax, Nova Scotia and stay four nights at the Prince George Hotel.
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Halifax, the Prince George Hotel offers deluxe accommodation, a pool and fitness centre, and a relaxing garden patio. This evening, enjoy a cocktail party aboard the Murphy’s On The Water Tall Ship. Stay: Prince George Hotel, Halifax, NS

Day 4 - Lunenburg, NS: Get your bearings with a city tour of Halifax that will prepare you for your free day to explore on your own. Then, visit Lunenburg, a historic town that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Learn about the area’s maritime heritage with a tour of the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic and an excursion on a Lobster boat. Travel along the scenic shoreline to visit Peggy’s Cove. Enjoy time here to take pictures of its famous lighthouse before returning to Halifax.

Day 5 - Pier 21, Tattoo: This morning, enjoy a guided tour of Pier 21, Canada’s Immigration Museum. The Museum documents the unique and touching stories of immigration experienced by the thousands of refugees, war brides, and evacuee children, who passed through the doors on their way to a new life in Canada. This evening, get the full Tattoo experience with a behind the scenes tour of the staging floor. You’ll also tour the Halifax Citadel and enjoy a unique Garrison mess hall dinner before watching the Tattoo from your reserved seats. Meal(s): B,L,D

Day 6 - Free Day: Enjoy time to explore Halifax on your own today. Consider a visit to The Citadel or the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, or shop the boutiques of downtown Halifax.

Day 7 - Fredericton, NB: Your return journey begins as you travel through New Brunswick, stopping for an overnight stay in Fredericton. Your hotel is minutes from downtown Fredericton and features a heated indoor pool and a relaxing interior courtyard.

Day 8 - Quebec City, QC: Travel through ‘la belle province’ and stay in Quebec City. Our hotel is conveniently located at the gates of Lower Old Town and is within walking distance of its cobbled streets and charming restaurants.

Day 9 - Quebec City, QC: Enjoy a city tour of Quebec City where you’ll see the Plains of Abraham, and walk the streets of Old Quebec City. Your afternoon is free to explore. Mark the end of your journey with a farewell dinner overlooking Quebec’s stunning Montmorency Falls.
